Our current "guaranteed" processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, with DAY 1 starting the day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after processing. Local Pickup: You can pick up your order for free at our location: 782 Nostrand Ave Brooklyn NY 11216. Please bring a valid ID when collecting your order. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 business days, and you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Thank you for choosing Jashan Naturals. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. However, due to the hygienic nature of our cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Orders can be canceled or modified after placement, provided the request is submitted before the order has shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update incorrect mailing or email addresses. Please note that refunds are not offered once an order has been placed due to the nature of the products.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
